If you need to change the e-mail address connected to your DMarket profile, please fill out the form and provide us with the following information:
If you have passed the KYC procedure, specify the following:
- Reason for the email address change request.
- Public key of your DMarket profile (available in your account settings).
- Current email address linked to your DMarket account.
- New email address you wish to use.
- Photo of you holding an ID document previously used for KYC verification and a piece of paper next to your face with the word ‘DMarket’ and today’s date written on it.
- A separate photo of your ID document.
If you haven’t passed the KYC procedure:
- Reason for the email address change request.
- Public key of your DMarket profile (available in your account settings).
- Current email address linked to your DMarket account.
- New email address you wish to use.
- Date of your registration on the DMarket platform
- Your current account balance.

In case you have a Steam account linked to your DMarket profile, please provide us with the next details:
- Link to your Steam profile connected to DMarket.
- Proof of ownership of the Steam account (screenshot of your Steam account page).
To get proof of ownership, log in to your Steam account in the browser and take a screenshot of the account details with the login status and your Steam ID visible on the screenshot.
Also in case you have used card deposit & withdrawal options in your DMarket account during the last 6 months, please note that you might be asked to provide additional details by our support agents, such as a selfie with a bank card and a bank statement.
