If you need to disable 2FA (two-factor authentication) protection, please navigate to your account settings and click 2FA. You’ll be able to turn off 2-step by simply inputting a current auth code.
What if I do not have access to my authenticator?
In case you do not have access to your authenticator, please fill out the form and provide us with the following information:
If you have passed the KYC procedure, specify:
- Reason for 2FA deactivation.
- Email address linked to your DMarket account.
- Photo of you holding an ID document previously used for KYC verification and a piece of paper next to your face with the word ‘DMarket’ and today’s date written on it.
- A separate photo of your ID document.
If you haven’t passed the KYC procedure, specify:
- Reason for 2FA deactivation.
- Email address linked to your DMarket account.
- Date of your registration on the DMarket platform.
- Current account balance.
- Description of the last action performed in your account.
- Dates of your two most recent visits to DMarket.
- Details of your recent trading operations on DMarket (dates, items, amounts).
- Information on the most recent payment method used for deposit or withdrawal, along with the corresponding amount.
- Date of your last item deposits or withdrawals and the names of the items involved.
In case you have a Steam account linked to your DMarket profile, please provide us with the following details:
- Link to your Steam profile connected to DMarket.
- Proof of ownership of the Steam account (screenshot of your Steam account page).
To get proof of ownership, log in to your Steam account in the browser and take a screenshot of the account settings with the login status and your Steam ID visible on the screenshot.
Also in case you have used the card deposit & withdrawal options in your DMarket account during the last 6 months, you might be asked to provide additional details by our support agents, such as a selfie with a bank card and a bank statement.
