Depositing funds usually takes a few minutes to process, but the ETA is up to 48 hours, regardless of the payment method. Please note that in rare cases the deposit can take longer to process due to our AML policies.
Withdrawals usually take slightly longer to complete:
- Crypto payments are processed in up to 48 hours.
- Payoneer, Skrill, and PayPal take up to 3 business days to process.
- Card withdrawals, Wire, and SEPA transfers take up to 7 working days for payout.
