In case your card verification flow was not completed or you opted to skip, you may be asked to submit additional documents for card verification. To verify your bank card, please submit the required selfies and documents which may differ if you use virtual cards or digital wallets, like Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Follow the instructions provided in the email carefully to avoid rejection.
General Requirements (All Cards)
Photos must not be edited or modified in any way.
Information on the card must be clear and readable.
Leave visible only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number.
You have to cover sensitive details (CVV, expiration date, remaining digits) using:
-> A piece of paper
-> Adhesive tape
-> Fingers would also work!
Physical (Plastic) Bank Card
What to Submit
A selfie of you holding the physical bank card
Photo Requirements
Your face must be clearly visible
The card must be visible in the same photo

The following details must be visible:
-> First 6 and last 4 digits of the card number
-> Cardholder name, if it is printed on the card (see Fig.1)

If the cardholder name is not printed on the card, you must additionally provide:
-> A document or official letter from your bank confirming that you are the cardholder
Virtual Bank Card
Step 1: Take a Selfie with the Virtual Card
Open your bank’s mobile app
Display your virtual card details on the screen
Take a selfie holding your phone next to your face
Photo Requirements
Your face and phone screen must be visible in the same photo

The following details must be visible on the screen:
-> First 6 and last 4 digits of the card number
-> Cardholder name (if available)
Cover all other sensitive details using your fingers or a piece of paper

The photo must not be edited (see Fig.2)

Step 2: Provide Bank Confirmation
You must also submit a confirmation from your bank stating that:
The card is issued exclusively in virtual format
You are the owner/cardholder of the card
This document can usually be:
Generated in your banking app
Requested from your bank’s support team
