To buy an item on DMarket, please proceed with the following steps:
- Choose the "Market" tab and click on an item you aim to buy (see Fig. 1).

- Click the “Buy” button (see Fig.2).

Two options are offered there:
1. Refill balance
This option allows you to refill your balance with the exact amount needed for a purchase without using your current balance. This is useful if you want to maintain a specific balance for targets to stay active or if you don't have enough funds for the purchase.
- To use the first option, click on the “Go to refill” button (see Fig. 3).

- You will be redirected to the “Deposit” page with the list of payment methods to choose from (see Fig. 4).

The required purchase amount will be automatically put in the field. You can change this amount manually if needed.
- After you confirm the amount, click "Deposit" (see Fig. 5).

- Fill in the information required by a payment system and complete the transaction.
After the transaction is processed, the funds will be deposited into your account and the item will be automatically purchased. You can find the new item in the "Sell inventory" section. We recommend using the filter "Items' location" - "On DMarket bot" to show items that are currently on DMarket bots and haven't been transferred to your Steam account yet.

2. Pay with balance
The second option allows you to pay using funds from your existing balance. This option does not require you to deposit additional funds. However, please note that any active Targets will become inactive if there is insufficient balance remaining.
- To use this option click the “Buy” button (see Fig. 7).

- After the purchase is completed, click on the “Go to My items” button (see Fig. 8).

You can also find the purchased item in the "Sell inventory" section. We recommend using the filter "Items' location" - "On DMarket bot" to show items that are currently on DMarket bots and haven't been transferred to your Steam account yet. (see Fig. 9).

Rollbacks and Refunds
If a Steam trade is rolled back:
* DMarket automatically refunds the full amount of purchased item(s) to the user’s balance (see Fig.10)
